or lease. Reckoner tracks agent commissions due against each order and will also
manage the staggered payment schedule for a broker, which could be linked to the
payment schedule of customer. Taxation management for agent payments are also part

Property transfers. A regular occurrence in the real estate industry is the transfer
of property from one owner to another. Reckoner provides for systematic transfer
of property along with details of payments due. Reckoner also maintains detailed
lifelong history of transfers against each property providing transparency to your

Maintenance: Reckoner’s maintenance module assists the organisation in

the purchased land as inventory. Detailed reports provide for analysis of quantity
of land purchased, land pending for acquisition against purchase plan and average
rate of acquisition.
