RECKONER REAL ESTATE

Reckoner’s real estate vertical is a powerful user friendly system that ensures effective management of all transactions from order booking to after sales maintenance. Reckoner has been specifically configured to manage the unique processes of real estate organisation while harnessing the complete integration and power of its core ERP engine to provide accurate up to the minute enterprise information.
Reckoner provides a comprehensive solution for managing the complete order cycle for a real estate organisation

The starting point for the process is the order booking or in some cases, a pre launch or pre booking. An order for an apartment or plot is fairly detailed in nature. It contains the property number, size, price, additional charges like car parking, membership etc. It may also have multiple owners. Besides sales of property, there would also be processes related to property lease/rental. Payment terms and reminders. Reckoner supports multiple payment terms and installments. Since each order could have separate payment profiles for each item, a very comprehensive system is required which should be capable of generating payment reminders for each line item against the same order. Reckoner helps you in generating timely reminders by tracking the payment terms for each order thus preventing revenue leakage caused on account of delayed payments. Payment management is integrated with Reckoner finance thus eliminating duplicacy of data
     and ensuring accuracy of statements.

Agents or brokers are a vital cog in the real estate machinery and could be involved both at the sales as well as the land purchase stage. A substantial amount or orders may be booked through agents and agents may also be involved in property rentals or lease. Reckoner tracks agent commissions due against each order and will also manage the staggered payment schedule for a broker, which could be linked to the payment schedule of customer. Taxation management for agent payments are also part of the functionality provided.

Property transfers. A regular occurrence in the real estate industry is the transfer of property from one owner to another. Reckoner provides for systematic transfer of property along with details of payments due. Reckoner also maintains detailed lifelong history of transfers against each property providing transparency to your customers.

Maintenance: Reckoner’s maintenance module assists the organisation in
maintaining the premises and in raising monthly bills for maintenance services to the customers. The billing is integrated with Reckoner finance. Land procurement

Reckoner manages land procurement from purchase of the land to payment to the landowner. Undeveloped land could have multiple plots of land and each plot could have multiple owners. Reckoner tracks land purchases, ownership details, payment details and manages the purchased land as inventory. Detailed reports provide for analysis of quantity of land purchased, land pending for acquisition against purchase plan and average rate of acquisition.

In addition to the above Reckoner’s Projects* module effectively and comprehensively manages the entire development and construction process alongwith subcontractor management. eReckoner* provides for seamless and online integration of each project site / marketing offices to the HO using leased lines/internet connectivity.
