Sales Quotation

In a Sales Monitoring System, whenever a Customer wishes to purchase any product and inquires about it, the system provides a Customer with a document which gives all the specifications about the product (quantity, unit, price, charges imposed etc). This formal document is referred as quotation, which plays an important role in sale of products and in development of the system as a whole. Quotation Preparation is an important function in a sales system and helps the user in the preparation of a quotation for any Customer. A quotation can be prepared either with respect to a Customer inquiry document or without any reference.
